The invention discloses an electric-heating integrated plate and a preparation method thereof. The electric-heating integrated plate is sequentially provided with a heat preservation base material, aself-temperature-limiting heating film layer and a surface layer from bottom to top. Raw materials for preparing the self-temperature-limiting heating film layer comprise a polymer base material and conductive filler. The working resistance value of the self-temperature-limiting heating film layer at 25 DEG C is 100-5,000 omega/square, and the working resistance value of the self-temperature-limiting heating film layer at 40-80 DEG C is at least 110% of the working resistance value at 25 DEG C. The situation that an electric heating plate is burnt due to over-high local temperature of a heating integrated plate, and even potential safety hazards such as fire disasters are caused can be avoided.
本发明公开了一种电热一体板及其制备方法,所述电热一体板自下往上依次设置的保温基材、自限温发热膜层和面层;制备所述自限温发热膜层的原料包括高分子基料和导电填料;所述自限温发热膜层在25℃时工作阻值为100~5000Ω/□,在40~80℃时自限温发热膜层工作阻值至少为25℃时工作电阻的110%。本发明可以避免发热一体板局部温度过高导致电热板烧毁,甚至引发火灾等安全隐患。
