The positioning device includes a bracket with a positioning opening, the bracket is configured to be connected with a binding steel bar, a positioning aperture is configured to allow the anchor rods to be inserted into the positioning opening and makes contact with the oppositely disposed side walls of the positioning opening to avoid shaking in the horizontal direction when concrete is poured. According to the positioning device, when the concrete is poured, the pre-buried channel shakes in the horizontal direction, so that the pre-buried channel does not need to be fixed to a template, and the construction efficiency is improved; and in addition, the positioning device also enables the installation of the pre-buried channel to be more accurate and convenient, ensures the installation quality of the pre-buried channel, and also saves construction personnel.
