The invention discloses positioning device, positioning method and positioning equipment, and relates to the technical field of buildings. The positioning device, positioning method and positioning equipment aim to solve the problems of low positioning precision and complex inspection process of the center of a reinforcement cage. The positioning device comprises a positioning structure, a display structure and at least three connecting structures. The first ends of the at least three connecting structures are movably connected with one end face of the positioning structure; the second ends of the at least three connecting structures are used for being connected with a to-be-positioned tool; the display structure is connected with the center of the end face, away from the connecting structure, of the positioning structure; and when the display structure emits a light spot, the projection point of the light spot on the positioning structure coincides with the center point of the positioning structure. The invention further provides the positioning method applied to the positioning device in the technical scheme, and the positioning equipment comprising the positioning device in the technical scheme.
