The platform comprises a device main body. A spiral swivel is movably mounted in the middle of the lower end of the device main body; a filtering cavity is formed in the lower end of an edge inside the device main body; a slag collecting device is fixedly mounted in the filtering cavity; a stirring device is movably mounted at the upper end in the device main body; a vent groove is formed in the stirring device; small stones with the same size are uniformly filled in the filtering cavity; a stirring plate is fixedly mounted at the lower end of the stirring device; and the stirring plate is provided withtwo layers in total so that when small stones are used for filtering polluted floating foam, the collected floating foam can downwards move into the filtering cavity through the stirring plate afterexcessive floating foam is collected, and when the stirring plate rotates in the filtering cavity, the small stones in the stirring plate can be driven to rub with one another so that the polluted floating foam attached to the outer sides of the stones is removed.
