The invention discloses low-thixotropy oil well cement, and relates to the technical field of cement. The low-thixotropy oil well cement comprises the following components by weight: 90-95% of oil well cement clinker and 5-10% of desulfurized gypsum, wherein the oil well cement clinker has the following three rate values: KH is 0.90+/-0.02, SM is 2.7+/-0.1, and IM is 0.8+/-0.1. According to the invention, the thickening time of the low-thixotropy oil well cement can be regulated and controlled.
