The invention discloses a fly ash slag internal curing material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of concrete. The fly ash slag material applied to concrete comprises the following materials by mass percentage: 5%-7% of water, 14%-18% of cement, 5%-15% of fly ash slag, 15%-30% of river sand and 45%-50% of aggregate, and the sum of all the components is 100%. Specifically, the particle diameter of the fly ash slag is less than 2.36mm. The fly ash slag is used as an internal curing material, natural river sand resources are saved while solid waste is utilized,meanwhile, the workability of concrete is improved, hydration of cement paste is promoted, and a certain internal curing effect is achieved in the concrete.
本发明公开了一种粉煤灰渣内养护材料及其制备方法,涉及混凝土技术领域。所述粉煤灰渣应用在混凝土中的材料包括:按照质量比计,5%~7%的水、14%~18%的水泥、5%~15%的粉煤灰渣、15%~30%的河砂以及45%~50%的骨料,所有组分之和满足百分之百;其中,所述粉煤灰渣的颗粒直径小于2.36mm。粉煤灰渣作为内养护材料,在利用固体废弃物的同时,节约了天然河砂资源,同时改善了混凝土的工作性,促进了水泥浆的水化,在混凝土中起到了一定的内养护作用。
