Inorganic fiber reinforced polymer-based waterproof paint and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of waterproof paint, and discloses an inorganic fiber reinforced polymer-based waterproof paint and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding inorganic fiber into deionized water, uniformly stirring the substances, then adding a polycarboxylic acid dispersant, a sodium silicate aqueous solution and a polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion to treat the inorganic fiber, performing filtering to remove redundant liquid, adding a crystallization activator, and conducting stirring, dispersing and drying to obtain modified inorganic fiber; and (2) uniformly dispersing the modified inorganic fiber, Portland cement, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer rubber powder, acrylate copolymer rubber powder, a composite fillerand a water reducing agent to obtain the inorganic fiber reinforced polymer-based waterproof paint. According to the invention, the multi-layer coated inorganic fiber is prepared, the flexibility andhydrophobicity of the inorganic fiber are increased, and in the construction process, the combination tightness among the polymer, the inorganic fiber and the cement and the compressive strength andthe impermeability of the waterproof layer are improved through the crystallization reaction generated after the crystallization activating agent is dissolved out, therefore the mechanical propertiesand the waterproof properties of the waterproof paint are improved.
本发明涉及防水涂料领域,公开了一种无机纤维增强聚合物基防水涂料及制备方法。包括如下制备过程:(1)将无机纤维加入去离子水中搅拌均匀,然后加入聚羧酸分散剂、硅酸钠水溶液、聚四氟乙烯乳液处理无机纤维,过滤除去多余的液体,加入结晶活化剂,搅拌分散,干燥,得到改性无机纤维;(2)将改性无机纤维与硅酸盐水泥、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物胶粉、丙烯酸酯共聚物胶粉、复合填料、减水剂分散均匀,即到无机纤维增强聚合物基防水涂料。本发明通过制备多层包覆的无机纤维,增加了无机纤维的柔韧性以及疏水性,而且在施工中,结晶活化剂溶出后发生的结晶反应提高了聚合物、无机纤维与水泥间的结合紧密性和防水层抗压强度及抗渗性能力,从而提高防水涂料的力学性能和防水性能。
