The invention relates to the field of waterproof coatings, and discloses a moisture-proof cement-based crystalline waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprisesthe following steps: (1) adding montmorillonite into magnesium hydroxide and water to prepare slurry; (2) adding oxalic acid for etching, filtering, drying and calcining to obtain a montmorillonite magnesium oxide composite material; and (3) uniformly mixing and stirring the composite material, Portland cement, quartz sand, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer rubber powder, nano silicon dioxide, thecrystalline active substance and a water reducing agent to obtain the moisture-proof cement-based crystalline waterproof coating. By adding the montmorillonite magnesium oxide composite material intothe coating, the coating can be prevented from caking and deteriorating, and has excellent moisture resistance.
本发明涉及防水涂料领域，公开了一种防潮水泥基结晶型防水涂料及其制备方法。包括如下制备过程：（1）将蒙脱石加入氢氧化镁和水配制成浆液；（2）加入草酸浸蚀，过滤、干燥、煅烧，制得蒙脱石氧化镁复合材料；（3）将复合材料和硅酸盐水泥、石英砂、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物胶粉、纳米二氧化硅、结晶活性物质、减水剂混合搅拌均匀，即得防潮水泥基结晶型防水涂料。本发明通过制得蒙脱石氧化镁复合材料加入涂料，可防止涂料结块变质，防潮性能优异。
