The efficient heat insulation sheet comprises a basematerial layer and a coating layer, and the coating layer is sprayed on one side surface of the base material layer, wherein the base material layer is composed of aerogel powder, an infrared opacifying agent and short fibers, and the coating layer is composed of unsaturated resin, an initiator, a coupling agent, a fiber material and hollow glass beads. Unsaturated resin, an initiator, a couplingagent, a fiber material and hollow glass beads are uniformly stirred and mixed to obtain slurry A; aerogel powder, an infrared opacifying agent and short fibers are uniformly stirred and mixed to obtain a mixture B; compression molding is performed on the mixture B to obtain the base material layer; the slurry A is sprayed on the surface of one side of the base material layer, and curing is performed according to a curing process of keeping the temperature of 20-30 DEG C for 1-3 hours and then the temperature of 40-50 DEG C is kept for 2-4 hours; and heat treatment is performed after curing to obtain the high-efficiency heat insulation sheet. The obtained heat insulation sheet achieves the efficient heat insulation and heat preservation effects in different medium-high temperature sections.
