Molecular structure modification is utilized for modification of organosilicon resin, ceramic nanoparticles are further doped to link the modified organosilicon resin, thus increasing resistance stability, due to the addition of the ceramic composite nanoparticles, the heat-conducting property of the powder coating is enhanced, the insulativity of the modified organosilicon resin coating is not reduced; on the contrary, the insulating property is also enhanced, the static bending of the coating gradually tends to be stable along with the gradual rise of the temperature, and the bonding property of silicon-oxygen bond of the organosilicon resin and the nanoparticles is enhanced through a thermophysical chemical reaction, so that the excellent insulating property of an organosilicon coating in a high-temperature working environment is ensured; the electrical insulating property of the coating is guaranteed, the coating can bear alternate cold and hot circulation, a film layer is prevented from being damaged, the coating is suitable for batch production, the production cost of enterprises is greatlyreduced, and more economic benefits and social benefits are brought.
