The invention discloses an intelligent support with a height adjusting function. The support comprises an embedded plate, a height adjusting base plate, an upper seat plate, a sliding seat, a base anda lower seat plate. The base is located on a top surface of the lower base plate, and the upper surface of the base is sunken inwards to form a cavity. The lower portion of the sliding seat is arranged the cavity, the top surface of the sliding seat is in sliding connection with the bottom surface of the upper seat plate, the height adjusting base plate is located between the bottom surface of the embedded plate and the top surface of the upper seat plate, and positioning plates distributed in a triangular shape are arranged on the bottom surface of the embedded plate, located on the outer side of the upper seat plate and tightly attached to the side surfaces of the upper seat plate and the height adjusting base plate. The support is simple and reliable in height adjustment, and has a force measurement function.
