The invention provides a self-drainage solidified soil roadbed structure and a construction method. The self-drainage solidified soil roadbed structure comprises a roadbed and a gravel layer laid at the bottom of the roadbed, wherein a plurality of transversely laid drainage pipes are arranged in the gravel layer; the left ends of the drainage pipes extend out along the left side of the gravel layer, and the right ends of the drainage pipes extend out along the right side of the gravel layer; heating rods are inserted into the parts, extending out of the gravel layer, of the two ends of each drainage pipe correspondingly, and self-drainage is formed through the water loss characteristic of a water absorption material after heating; a plurality of water permeable holes are formed in each drainage pipe; the drainage pipes are wrapped with water permeable filter membranes; a cathode steel wire grating is arranged between the roadbed and the gravel layer; and an anode steel wire grating isarranged on the upper portion of the roadbed. According to the self-drainage solidified soil roadbed structure and the construction method, the direction of capillary water is changed through electroosmosis, the capillary water is drained from the pipes, and the engineering problem that due to existence of underground water, the capillary water in a roadbed soil body rises and is accumulated in the soil body and cannot be drained, and consequently the water stability is reduced is solved.
本发明提出一种自排水固化土路基结构及施工方法,包括路基和铺设于路基底部的碎石层;所述碎石层内设置有多根横向铺设的排水管;所述排水管的左端沿碎石层的左侧伸出,右端沿碎石层的右侧伸出;所述排水管的两端伸出碎石层的部分内部均插接有加热棒,利用吸水材料加热后失水特征形成自排水;所述排水管上开设有多个透水孔;所述排水管外部包裹透水滤膜;所述路基与碎石层之间设置有阴极钢丝格栅;所述路基的上部设置有阳极钢丝格栅。本发明通过电渗改变毛细水方向并从管道排出,解决因地下水的存在造成路基土体内部毛细水上升,在土体内部积聚不能排出而降低水稳性产生的工程问题。
