The invention discloses a powder solidified soil roadbed and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the following steps: mixing environment-friendly powder and cement according to a preset mass ratio to form dry powder; constructing a roadbed bottom layer of a soil body structure; spreading dry powder on the subgrade bottom layer to form a subgrade middle layer on the subgrade bottom layer; constructing a roadbed top layer of a soil body structure on the roadbed middle layer; fine leveling is conducted, specifically, the roadbed top layer is finely leveled through a land leveler to form the roadbed top layer with the flat surface; rolling, namely rolling the top layer of the roadbed downwards to form a dense powder solidified soil roadbed; and curing: the powder solidified soil roadbed is covered with geotechnical cloth for curing. The dry powder serves as the roadbed middle layer, the soil body characteristics of the roadbed bottom layer and the roadbed top layer are changed, the dry powder can be well combined with the roadbed bottom layer and the roadbed top layer, the water stop performance and the high pressure resistance of the formed powder solidified soil roadbed are improved, the construction efficiency can be improved, the maintenance period can be shortened, and the construction cost can be reduced; the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are realized.
