Method for building steel reinforced concrete underground diaphragm walls through steel caisson technology
The invention provides a method for building steel reinforced concrete underground diaphragm walls through a steel caisson technology. Steel corner posts located at the joints of single underground diaphragm walls and fixedly connected with the single underground diaphragm walls are included. Each underground diaphragm wall is formed by arranging and connecting multiple caisson components. Guidingmechanisms are arranged between the steel corner posts and the caisson components adjacent to the steel corner posts and on the opposite surfaces of the adjacent caisson components in each underground diaphragm wall. The construction method includes the steps that mechanical equipment is used for fetching soil, and the caisson components between the adjacent steel corner posts sink into soil mass; mud in the steel corner posts and the caisson components is replaced, and concrete filling is carried out; and reinforcement cages are inserted into the caisson components in need. The necessary technological steps of traditional underground diaphragm walls in the early and later periods are omitted, the steel reinforced concrete underground diaphragm walls are continuously constructed and completely formed and have excellent quality; a small construction machine can be adopted for construction; and the construction period is greatly shortened, construction adverse influences are greatly reduced, and economic and social benefits are remarkable.
本发明提供一种利用钢沉箱技术构建地下连续墙的方法,包括单片地下连续墙及位于单片地下连续墙交接部位且与单片地下连续墙固定连接的钢角柱,单片地下连续墙由多个沉箱构件排列连接而成,钢角柱与其相邻的沉箱构件之间、单片地下连续墙内相邻的沉箱构件相向面设置导向机构;施工方法包括:利用机械设备取土,将钢角柱、相邻钢角柱之间的沉箱构件沉入土体:钢角柱、沉箱构件内泥浆置换、灌注混凝土;视需要在沉箱构件内插放钢筋笼。本发明取消了传统地下连续墙先期、后期必做的工艺步骤;连续施作,完整成型,质量优良;可采用小型施工机具施作;工期大为缩短,施工不利影响大为减少,经济社会效益显著。
