The invention provides a construction method for assisting extension measurement of top-down method steel column verticality. The construction method is implemented by the following steps of that S1,a measuring support and two brackets are manufactured, and round holes are formed in the center of the brackets; S2, one bracket is installed at the bottom of a steel column, a measuring line penetrates through the round hole of the steel column bracket and is bound, another bracket is installed at the top of the steel column, the measuring line penetrates out of the round hole, and the measuringline penetrating out is wound around a connecting rod; S3, the steel column is mounted, the upper part of the steel column is clamped on an operating platform, the measuring support is erected on theoperating platform after mounting is completed, the connecting rod is moved upwards from the top of the steel column, two ends of the connecting rod are overlapped on the top of the measuring support,and the measuring line is tightened through the connecting rod; S4, the connecting rod is moved, so that the measuring line does not make contact with the walls of the round holes until the measuringline coincides with the circle center of the top face of the steel column; and S5, the verticality of the measuring line is measured, namely the verticality of the whole steel column. The method hasthe advantages of simple steps, easily available materials, convenient turnover, safety and economy.
本发明提供了一种辅助延伸测量逆作法钢柱的垂直度的施工方法,通过以下步骤实施:S1,制作测量支架以及两个托架,托架中心设有圆孔;S2,在钢柱底部安装一个托架,从钢柱托架的圆孔内穿过测量线并进行绑扎,在钢柱顶部安装另一个托架,将测量线从圆孔内穿出,穿出后的测量线缠绕在连接杆上;S3,安装钢柱,将钢柱上部卡在操作平台上,安装完成后在操作平台上架设测量支架,将连接杆从钢柱顶部上移,两端搭在测量支架顶部,通过连接杆绷紧测量线;S4,移动连接杆,使测量线与圆孔壁不接触,直到测量线与钢柱顶面的圆心重合;S5,对测量线的垂直度进行测量,即为钢柱整体的垂直度。本发明步骤简单,材料易得且周转方便,安全经济。
