Prestress module system and construction method thereof
A prestress module system comprises modules, a top connecting piece, a bottom connecting piece, first screws and second screws. At least one layer of module exists. The top connecting piece comprisesa top connecting plate and a top positioning block. The bottom of the top positioning block is higher than the bottom of the top connecting plate. The bottom connecting piece comprises a bottom connecting plate and a bottom positioning block. The top of the bottom positioning block is higher than the top of the bottom connecting plate. The first screws and the second screws are all prestress screws and are disposed between the top connecting piece and the bottom connecting piece in a tensile mode. The prestress module system solves the technical problems that a traditional corner fitting structure and system cannot realize connection of four joints, is poor in performance under stress, is only suitable for single-storey buildings and multi-storey buildings and is not attractive in appearance.
一种预应力模块体系,包括有模块、顶部连接件、底部连接件、第一螺杆和第二螺杆;所述模块至少有一层;顶部连接件包括顶部连接板和顶部定位块;顶部定位块的底部超出顶部连接板的底部;底部连接件包括底部连接板和底部定位块;底部定位块的顶部超出底部连接板的顶部;所述第一螺杆和第二螺杆均为预应力螺杆,且第一螺杆和第二螺杆拉设在顶部连接件与底部连接件之间。本发明解决了传统的角件结构及体系无法实现四个节点相连,受力性能较差,只适用于单、多层建筑和不美观的技术问题。
