By the adoption of the scheme, prestress can be controlled in batches, tensioning can be conducted, the prestress tensioned each time and the elongation value of the prestressed steel bars are controlled, the structure is good in crack resistance and high in rigidity, the durability of the structure is improved, and the construction period is shortened.
