The invention provides an ardealite-based fire-resistant partition construction process. The ardealite-based fire-resistant partition construction process comprises the steps that ardealite powder isprepared; a lightgage steel joist is built; a coating machine is provided, and composite mortar raw materials are put into the coating machine to be mixed; steel wire gauzes are mounted on the two sides of the lightgage steel joist, composite mortar is sprayed along the spraying track, and meanwhile the composite mortar is stirred; an antiseptic net is planted in before the composite mortar is solidified; a coating layer formed after the composite mortar is solidified is levelled; and the outer surface of the coating layer is smeared with mixed antiflaming paint. According to the technical scheme, flame-resistant materials are contained in the composite mortar and the mixed antiflaming paint, the antiflaming and fire preventing performance of a partition is improved, the composite mortar is alternately stirred in the clockwise direction and the anti-clockwise direction unremittingly, ageing of the composite mortar is avoided, and all component matter in the composite mortar is distributed more evenly; and a spraying gun moves along a reasonable route, operation by a worker is convenient, and therefore the composite mortar is sprayed evenly, and the construction quality is improved.
本发明提供一种磷石膏基耐火隔墙施工工艺,包括制备磷石膏粉末、搭建轻钢龙骨架、提供喷涂机,并投入混合砂浆原料进行搅拌、在轻钢龙骨架的两侧安装钢丝网并沿着喷涂轨迹喷涂混合砂浆,同时对混合砂浆进行搅拌、在混合砂浆凝结以前植入防腐网、对混合砂浆凝结后形成的涂料层进行刮平、在涂料层外表面涂刷混合阻燃漆;采用本发明的技术方案,混合砂浆和混合阻燃漆内含有阻燃材料,提升了隔墙阻燃、防火性能,混合砂浆施工作业过程中不间断顺时针方向和逆时针方向交替搅拌,能够防止混合砂浆出现陈化,使混合砂浆内各组分物质分布更均匀,使喷枪沿着合理的路径进行移动,便于工作人员进行操作,使混合砂浆喷涂均匀,提高了施工质量。
