The invention provides an assembled self-adhesive building body which comprises a main body and an adhesive body, wherein a female die and a male die are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the main body; at least one geometry is arranged on the male die; the geometry is preferably a cylinder, a circular truncated cone or a prism; at least one geometry groove is formed in the female die; the geometry groove is preferably a cylinder groove, a circular truncated cone groove or a prism groove; a tenon and a tenon groove are formed in the side surface of the female die; the adhesive body can be arranged in the female die of the main body; and the adhesive body can realize self-adhesion. When a wall is built, cement and sand do not need to be transported to a construction site, and the site and cement mortar are not needed, so that the environmental pollution caused by wet construction on the construction site is avoided, and the air quality on the construction site is not influenced.
