Construction device and method for lower-supporting type cantilever scaffold
The invention discloses a construction device for a lower-supporting type cantilever scaffold. A steel plate with a round hole is welded to the end of one end of a cantilever main beam; two lug platesa are welded to the bottom of the cantilever main beam at the other end of the cantilever main beam; a support base comprises a steel plate with a round hole and a lug plate b welded to the steel plate with the round hole; the steel plate at the end of the cantilever main beam and the steel plate on the other side of a main body structure are fixed through high-strength bolts.; the steel plate ofthe support base is fixed to the main body structure below the main body structure on one side of the cantilever main beam through high-strength bolts; and the lug plates a and the lug plate b are connected through telescopic rod supporting rods. A construction method comprises the steps that (1) sleeves of wall-penetrating high-strength bolts are pre-buried; (2) the cantilever main beam is manufactured and mounted; (3) the support base is manufactured; (4) the support base and the cantilever main beam are mounted and connected through the supporting rods; and (5) mounting and construction can be conducted before a previous floor starts to work or is not finished. The rigid condition in the construction process of an upper-pulling type cantilever scaffold is lowered, and the constructionprogress of the cantilever scaffold is accelerated.
本发明公开一种下撑式悬挑脚手架施工装置,悬挑主梁一端端部焊接开有圆孔的钢板,另一端悬挑主梁底部焊接有两块耳板a,支座底座包括开有圆孔的钢板和与其焊接的耳板b,悬挑主梁端部的钢板和主体结构另一侧的钢板之间通过高强螺栓进行固定,支座底座的钢板通过高强螺栓固定于悬挑主梁一侧主体结构下方的主体结构上,耳板a和耳板b之间通过可伸缩杆撑杆相连。步骤:1)预埋穿墙高强螺栓的套管;2)制作、安装悬挑主梁;3)制作支座底座;4)支座底座和悬挑主梁之间通过撑杆进行安装和连接;5)在上一楼层开工或未完工前,可进行安装与施工。降低了上拉式悬挑脚手架施工过程中的硬性条件,加快了悬挑脚手架施工进程。
