The invention discloses a supporting device of an overhanging scaffold at a structural corner and a construction method thereof, the device comprises two wall-attached supports, the corner of each layer of outer wall of a main body structure comprises two wall bodies which are connected at an angle, the two wall-attached supports are respectively arranged outside the corners of the two layers of outer walls, and the two wall-attached supports are respectively connected with the two wall bodies. A vertically-arranged containing through groove is formed in the inner side, facing the corner, of the wall-attached support, the corner is embedded in the containing through groove, and the groove walls of the two opposite sides of the containing through groove are detachably installed on the two wall bodies in a one-to-one correspondence mode through wall penetrating rods respectively. One end of the supporting beam is mounted on the outer side, back on to the corner, of the wall-attached support at the corner of the upper-layer outer wall in a turnover manner; the two ends of the inclined supporting beam are hinged to the outer side of the wall-attached support at the corner of the lower-layer outer wall and the other end of the supporting beam respectively. The invention solves the problems.
