The invention provides a bored pile hole bottom sediment thickness detection device and method. The device comprises a cross beam, one end of the cross beam is provided with a support, the support isprovided with a roller, and the roller is wound with two measurement ropes; two supporting rods are further connected to the cross beam, and the front ends of the two supporting rods obliquely extendout of the two sides of the cross beam respectively; a through hole is formed in the front end of each supporting rod; the front ends of the two measurement ropes penetrate through the through holes in the front ends of the two supporting rods respectively and are connected with different measuring hammers respectively, wherein one measuring hammer is used for detecting the sediment top face elevation, and the other measuring hammer is used for detecting the hole bottom elevation; and the two measuring hammers are lowered into the hole at the same time by operating the roller, and the hole bottom sediment thickness is measured by calculating the difference between the sediment top face elevation and the hole bottom elevation. The safety of construction personnel can be ensured, the detection efficiency is improved, and the detection result is accurate.
本发明提供一种钻孔桩孔底沉渣厚度检测装置及方法,装置包括一横梁,横梁一端安装一支架,支架上设一滚筒,滚筒上缠绕两根测绳;横梁上还连接有两根支撑杆,两支撑杆的前端分别向横梁两侧外斜向延伸;每根支撑杆的前端设通孔,两测绳的前端分别穿过两支撑杆前端的通孔并分别连接不同测锤,其中一测锤用于检测沉渣顶面标高,另一测锤用于检测孔底标高,通过操作滚筒向孔内同时下放两测锤,通过计算沉渣顶面标高和孔底标高之差测得孔底沉渣厚度。本发明能保证施工人员安全,提高检测效率高,检测结果准确。
