The device comprises a device body which comprises a guide rod. One end of the guide rod is provided with a balancing weight, and the other end is provided with a measuring plate. The measuring plate is provided with a first through hole for the guide rod to pass through. A plurality of connecting ropes distributed in the circumferential direction of the guide rod are arranged between the balancing weight and the measuring plate.
