The invention discloses a high-adaptability green environment-friendly alkali-free liquid accelerator. The alkali-free liquid accelerator is composed of aluminum sulfate, magnesium fluosilicate, a stabilizer, lactic acid, triethanolamine and water, wherein the stabilizer is one or a mixture of two of modified aminotrimethylene phosphonic acid and modified ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonicacid. The specific preparation method comprises the following steps: heating water to 53-57 DEG C according to the mass percent of each component of aluminum sulfate, magnesium fluosilicate, magnesiumfluosilicate, a stabilizer, lactic acid, triethanolamine and water, adding the magnesium fluosilicate into the water in three batches, and stirring for 30 minutes; adding aluminum sulfate in three batches, heating to 78-82 DEG C, and stirring for 60 minutes; respectively adding the stabilizer, the lactic acid and the triethanolamine at intervals of 10 minutes in sequence, stirring for 30 minutes,and cooling to obtain uniform and stable liquid, thereby obtaining the product. The accelerator prepared by the invention can solve the problems that an accelerator is poor in stable period, relatively low in one-day strength, low in 28-day strength retention rate, strong in pungent smell, poor in adaptability and the like.
本发明公开了一种高适应性绿色环保无碱液体速凝剂,所述无碱液体速凝剂由硫酸铝、氟硅酸镁、稳定剂、乳酸、三乙醇胺和水组成;其中:稳定剂为改性氨基三亚甲基膦酸和改性乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸中的一种或两种混合物;具体制备方法如下:按照硫酸铝、氟硅酸镁、氟硅酸镁、稳定剂、乳酸、三乙醇胺和水各组分的质量百分比,先将水加热至53‑57℃,将氟硅酸镁分三批次加入上述水中,搅拌30分钟;接着分三批次加入硫酸铝,升温至78‑82℃,搅拌60分钟;依次间隔10分钟分别加入稳定剂、乳酸、三乙醇胺,搅拌30分钟,冷却,获得均一稳定的液体,即得。本发明制备的速凝剂能够解决速凝剂稳定期差、1天强度较低、28天强度保有率低、刺激性气味强、适应性差等问题。
