The invention discloses a high-adaptability alkali-free accelerator prepared from modified aluminum hydroxide and a method thereof. The alkali-free accelerator is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30%-50% of aluminum sulfate, 25%-35% of a fluorine-aluminum complexing component, 5%-10% of modified aluminum hydroxide, 3%-5% of a PH adjusting coagulating component, 0.5%-2% of an alcohol amine coagulating enhancing component and the balance of water. The liquid alkali-free accelerator is simple in production and synthesis process, free of hydrofluoric acid, alkali and chlorine and harmless to construction and the environment, the safety of constructors is guaranteed to a great extent, meanwhile, the alkali-free accelerator is high in adaptability, can adapt to most of existing engineering cement, is low in mixing amount, meets the GB/T35159-2017 standard specification requirement when the mixing amount is 6%, and has a wide application prospect. After the modifier is used for modifying aluminum hydroxide, the setting time of the alkali-free accelerator is prolonged, the alkali-free accelerator is good in stability and high in early strength, and the site construction of sprayed concrete is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种改性氢氧化铝制备高适应性无碱速凝剂及其方法,该无碱速凝剂由以下质量百分比原材料制备:硫酸铝30%~50%、氟铝络合组分25%~35%、改性氢氧化铝5%~10%、PH调节促凝组分3%~5%、醇胺类促凝增强组分0.5%~2%,其余量为水。该液体无碱速凝剂生产合成工艺简单,无氢氟酸、无碱无氯,对施工及环境无危害,极大程度的保证施工人员的安全,同时该无碱速凝剂适应性强,能适应现大部分工程水泥且掺量低,在掺量为6%,满足GB/T35159‑2017标准规范要求,在使用改性剂改性氢氧化铝后,提高了无碱速凝剂凝结时间、稳定性好及早期强度高,对喷射混凝土现场施工得到很大改善。
