The invention relates to a polymer concrete foaming agent and a preparation method thereof. The polymer concrete foaming agent comprises the following components: polymer foaming agent mother liquor,lauryl sodium sulfate and triethylamine alcohol. Compared with the prior art, a single-component protein foaming agent has many problems: foaming times are low; the requirement of high foaming times cannot be met; certain defects exist; and then large-scale popularization cannot be carried out at present. According to the invention, a soybean protein solution and a sheep hoof keratin solution aremixed according to a certain proportion; then the mixture is used as foaming agent mother liquor, compared with a foaming agent mother solution which takes a single soybean protein solution or a sheephoof keratin solution, the foaming capacity and the foam stabilizing performance are obviously improved, the use effect of the polymer concrete foaming agent is greatly improved, and the polymer concrete foaming agent has a wide application prospect.
本发明涉及高分子混凝土发泡剂及其制备方法，高分子混凝土发泡剂的成分包括高分子发泡剂母液、十二烷基硫酸钠和三乙胺醇，相对于现有技术中，单一成分蛋白发泡剂存在着诸多问题，发泡倍数较低，无法满足高发泡倍数的需求，存在着一定的缺陷，导致目前无法进行大规模的推广的问题，本发明中通过将大豆蛋白溶液和羊蹄角粉蛋白溶液，以一定的比例进行混合，然后作为发泡剂母液，再与三乙胺醇和十二烷基硫酸钠按一定比例进行复合，相对于以单一的大豆蛋白溶液或羊蹄角粉蛋白溶液作为发泡剂母液，发泡能力和稳泡性能得到了明显的改善，大大提高了高分子混凝土发泡剂的使用效果，具有广阔的应用前景。
