Concrete composite foaming agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a concrete composite foaming agent and a preparation method thereof. The concrete composite foaming agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, lauryl sodium sulfate, lauroyl diethanolamine, polyethylene glycol, gelatin, diatomite, methyl glucoside polyoxyethylene ether, silicon resin polyether emulsion, rosin soap and water. The silicon resin polyether emulsion enables the foam of the surfactant to be tightly and neatly arranged, so that a compact inner-layer film is formed, and the anti-pressure capability is enhanced; the molecules of the surfactant are orderly distributed on the liquid film of the foam, and the foam is endowed with good elasticity and self-repairing capability, so that an ideal foam stabilizing effect can be achieved; and secondly, diatomite is adopted in the raw materials, so that the heat resistance, wear resistance and aging resistance of the foaming agent can be improved; and the overturning motor is arranged on the overturning frame of the reaction kettle, so that a rotating effect can be achieved when the tank body stirs the raw materials, and the situation that the raw materials are deposited at the bottom and cannot be uniformly stirred when a traditional stirring device stirs is solved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土复合发泡剂及其制备方法,包括以下重量份原料:十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、月桂酰二乙醇胺、聚乙二醇、明胶、硅藻土、甲基葡萄糖苷聚氧乙烯醚、硅树脂聚醚乳液、松香皂、水;其中硅树脂聚醚乳液使表面活性剂泡与泡之间排列紧密整齐,从而形成致密的内层膜,增强抗压能力,使表面活性剂分子在气泡的液膜有秩序的分布,赋予泡沫良好的弹性和自修复能力,从而可以达到理想的稳泡作用,其次原料中采用了硅藻土,可提高发泡剂的耐热、耐磨、抗老化的性能,在反应釜的翻转架上设置翻转电机,使得罐体在对原料进行搅拌时,可以起到旋转的效果,解决了传统搅拌装置在搅拌时发成底部沉积无法搅拌均匀的情况。
