The preparation method of the carbon fiber felt-reinforced inorganic polymer matrix composite material comprises the following steps: S1, weighing 80-84 parts of metakaolin powder, 42-46 parts of potassium hydroxide, 5-9 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 1-5 parts ofcarbon fibers, 5-9 parts of potassium persulfate, 26-30 parts of a silane coupling agent, 15-19 parts of tetrafluoropropene, 12-16 parts of polyorganosiloxane, 10-14 parts of dimethyl ether and 11-15parts of deionized water for later use; and S2, adding potassium hydroxide, potassium persulfate, tetrafluoropropene, polyorganosiloxane, dimethyl ether and deionized water into a mixer for stirring treatment, and gradually adding metakaolin powder in the stirring process to obtain a mixture. The preparation method is simple in process and low in manufacturing cost, and the prepared carbon fiber felt-reinforced inorganic polymer matrix composite material is good in heat resistance, can be stably used at a high temperature and has high strength.
本发明公开了一种碳纤维毡增强无机聚合物基复合材料及其制备方法,其中的碳纤维毡增强无机聚合物基复合材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:S1:称量偏高岭土粉体80‑84份、氢氧化钾42‑46份、无水乙醇5‑9份、碳纤维1‑5份、过硫酸钾5‑9份、硅烷偶联剂26‑30份、四氟丙烯15‑19份、聚有机硅氧烷12‑16份、二甲醚10‑14份和去离子水11‑15份,待用;S2:将氢氧化钾、过硫酸钾、四氟丙烯、聚有机硅氧烷、二甲醚和去离子水加入到混合机中进行搅拌处理,在搅拌的过程中逐步添加偏高岭土粉体,得到混合料。本发明制备工艺简单,制作成本低,制得的碳纤维毡增强无机聚合物基复合材料耐热性能较好,能够在较高温度下稳定使用,强度高。
