The invention provides a polyvinyl alcohol-polyester hybrid fiber ECC material and a preparation method thereof. The novel ECC material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 3.6-9.0 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 9.0-14.4 parts of fly ash, 3.6-5.4 parts of quartz sand, 0.145-0.381 parts of polyvinyl alcohol fibers, 0.150-0.269 parts of polyester fibers, 5.04-5.76 parts ofwater and 0.092-0.108 parts of a water reducing agent. According to the polyvinyl alcohol-polyester hybrid fiber ECC material and the preparation method thereof, the material has good mechanical properties, meanwhile, the use cost of the ECC material is remarkably reduced, and the application of the high-performance ECC material in constructional engineering is promoted.
本发明提供一种聚乙烯醇‑聚酯混杂纤维ECC材料及其制备方法,该新型ECC材料包括如下质量份数的组分:普通硅酸盐水泥3.6‑9.0份、粉煤灰9.0‑14.4份、石英砂3.6‑5.4份、聚乙烯醇纤维0.145‑0.381份、聚酯纤维0.150‑0.269份、水5.04‑5.76份、减水剂0.092‑0.108份。本发明聚乙烯醇‑聚酯混杂纤维ECC材料及其制备方法,该材料具有良好的力学性能,同时显著降低ECC材料的使用成本,促进高性能ECC材料在建筑工程中的应用。
