The invention discloses a composite grouting material for weak broken rock mass and a preparation method of the composite grouting material. Ordinary Portland cement and fly ash are used as main raw materials, and three auxiliary raw materials of sodium silicate, carborundum and a water reducing agent are doped to prepare the composite grouting material with strong fluidity, moderate viscosity, adjustable setting time, low water seepage rate, high setting rate, high compressive strength, less cement consumption and low cost; the composite grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 400-430 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 70-80 parts of fly ash, 25-35 parts of water glass, 400-420 parts of carborundum, 360-380 parts of water and 10-20 parts of a waterreducing agent. The used carborundum is good in corrosion resistance, high in strength, high in hardness and good in wear resistance, the working performance and the mechanical performance of cementare improved, and the strength and the durability of a slurry stone body are improved.
本发明公开了一种针对软弱破碎岩体的复合注浆材料及其制备方法。本发明以普通硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰为主要原料,掺合钠硅酸盐、金刚砂、减水剂三种辅助原料,制备出一种流动性强、黏度适中、凝结时间可调、沁水率低、结实率高、抗压强度高且水泥用量少、成本低的复合注浆材料;所述复合注浆材料由以下质量份数的原料制成:400~430份普通硅酸盐水泥,70~80份粉煤灰,25~35份水玻璃,400~420份金刚砂,360~380份水,10~20份减水剂。本发明使用的金刚砂耐腐蚀性好、强度高、硬度高,耐磨性能好,改善了水泥的工作性能和力学性能,提高了浆液结石体的强度和耐久性。
