Grouting composite material and grouting device for filling discontinuous surface of rock mass
The invention discloses a grouting composite material for filling a discontinuous surface of a rock mass. The grouting composite material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 20-80 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 20-80 parts of superfine cement, 3-5 parts of sodium thiosulfate, 1-3 parts of sodium fluosilicate, 1-3 parts of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 0.5-2 parts of lithium hydroxide and 300-600 parts of water. The invention further discloses a grouting device for filling the discontinuous surface of the rock mass. The grouting device comprises a support and a stirring tank, the stirring tank is arranged above the support through a plurality of supporting legs, the support is in an L shape, a push rod is connected to one side of the support, a storage battery is fixed to the push rod, and a plurality of self-locking universal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the support. The grouting composite material is high in strength, good in durability and impermeability, resistant to low temperature and capable of being used for construction in cold weather in winter; and meanwhile, the provided grouting device can reduce material waste while enabling grouting materials to be more uniform, and is economical and environmentally friendly.
