Graphene-cement-based conductive composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a graphene-cement-based conductive composite material and a preparation method thereof. The graphene-cement-based conductive composite material is composed of, in parts by mass, 50-60 parts of cement, 20-30 parts of water, 1-3 parts of graphene and 0.3-3 parts of an auxiliary agent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the graphene-cement-based conductive composite material. Proportioning, mixing, ultrasonic treatment, grinding, vacuum defoaming and slurry mixing are performed according to the formula design, and the graphene-cement-based conductive composite material is obtained; according to the graphene-cement-based conductive composite material and the preparation method thereof, firstly, a low-viscosity water-based graphene dispersion liquid is prepared from graphene, water and the auxiliary agent; then the low-viscosity water-based graphene dispersion liquid is mixed and stirred with cement commonly used on the market; therefore, the preparation method effectively solves the problems of dispersity and uniformity of graphene in cement, and has the characteristics of wide applicability, simple preparation method, convenience in use, good electrical conductivity, stable electrical property and the like.
