The invention discloses a graphene-cement-based conductive composite material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of composite materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing graphene slurry; preparing cement slurry: cement and a water reducing agent are uniformly dispersed in a water solvent to obtain the cement slurry; uniformly pouring the graphene slurry into the cement slurry in the stirring process of the cement slurry by adopting a mixing device, so as to obtain composite slurry; and placing the composite slurry in a mold for curing to obtain the graphene-cement-based conductive composite material. The graphene slurry is uniformly dispersed in the cement slurry through the pipe body in the mixing device and the arc pipe on the pipe body, so that the dispersity of graphene in the cement slurry is improved, and the overall performance of graphene in a cement-based material is improved.
本发明公开了一种石墨烯‑水泥基导电复合材料及其制备方法,属于复合材料技术领域。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:制备石墨烯浆料;制备水泥浆料:将水泥、减水剂均匀分散于水溶剂中,即得水泥浆料;将石墨烯浆料采用混合装置,对所述水泥浆料搅拌的过程中均匀冲入所述水泥浆料中,即得复合浆料;将复合浆料置于模具中进行养护,即得所述石墨烯‑水泥基导电复合材料。本发明通过混合装置中的管体及管体上的圆弧管,将石墨烯浆料均匀的分散于水泥浆料中,提升了石墨烯在水泥浆料中的分散性,从而提升了石墨烯在水泥基材料中的整体性能。
