The aluminate cement mortar is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 52-56 parts of quartz sand,38-40 parts of aluminate cement, 12-14 parts of water, 0.02-0.08 part of a water reducing agent, 0.01-0.04 part of an antifoaming agent, 0.02-0.08 part of a retarder, 0.05-0.1 part of dispersible latex powder, 0.01-0.04 part of an early strength agent and 0.2-0.4 part of a stabilizing agent. The cast pipe lining aluminate cement mortar can be used for cast pipe lining construction in a high-temperature environment in summer, the construction time and the lining forming strength are obviously improved, the performance of the cast pipe lining aluminate mortar especially in the high-temperature environment can be improved, and the defect rate of the cast iron pipe aluminate cement mortar lining is reduced.
