The invention discloses a nodular cast iron pipe lining cement mortar, a mortar preparation method and a lining manufacturing method, and relates to the technical field of pipeline liners.The nodular cast iron pipe lining cement mortar is prepared from, by weight, 100 parts of cement, 100-250 parts of sand, 1-2 parts of a capillary crystalline agent, 0.1-0.2 part of a water reducing agent and 35-45 parts of water.The manufacturing method comprises the steps that A, the lining mortar is evenly distributed in a nodular cast iron pipe, through centrifugal lining coating, lining mortar is attached to the inner wall of the ductile iron base material under the action of centrifugal force; and B, naturally curing the centrifuged cement mortar lining at 20 DEG C for 6 hours, carrying out steam curing at 50-80 DEG C for 2-3 hours, carrying out steam curing at 70-80 DEG C for 2 hours, and polishing to obtain the cement mortar lining after curing. Cracking and peeling defects of the cement mortar lining can be reduced, and the quality of the cement mortar lining of the nodular cast iron pipe is improved.
本发明公开了球墨铸铁管内衬水泥砂浆、砂浆制备方法、内衬制造方法，涉及管道内衬技术领域，各组分以及重量份数比为水泥：砂：渗透结晶剂：减水剂：水＝100:(100‑250)：(1‑2)：(0.1‑0.2)：(35‑45)，其制造方法包括A：将上述的的内衬砂浆均匀布料至球墨铸铁管内，经过离心涂衬，使内衬砂浆在离心力的作用下附着于球铁基材内壁；B：离心后的水泥砂浆内衬经20℃下自然养护6小时，然后在50℃‑80℃下蒸汽养护2‑3小时，在70℃‑80℃下蒸汽养护2小时，养护后，经过打磨得到水泥砂浆内衬。本发明能够减少水泥砂浆内衬的开裂、起皮缺陷，提高球墨铸铁管水泥砂浆内衬的质量。
