By pretreating coal gangue, regulating and controlling the proportion of dopants and adding and using a regulator, the uniformity of the temperature of a green brick roasting space is guaranteed, the firing shrinkage rate is reduced, and cooling cracks are prevented from being generated. According to the invention, the raw material price and the energy-saving advantage of the coal gangue are fully exerted, and the product with stable anti-freezing performance is prepared.
