The invention discloses an impregnation method of a carbon fiber preform, which comprises the following steps of: 1, filling a carbon fiber preform with a powder slurry, the powder in the powder slurry comprising SiC powder, ultra-high temperature ceramic powder and SiC powder, and the particle size of the ultra-high temperature ceramic powder being not less than 0.5 [mu]m; 2, pre-curing the carbon fiber preform filled with the powder slurry in the step 1, so as to enable the powder slurry to be attached to the carbon fiber preform; and 3, impregnating the pre-cured carbon fiber preform in thestep 2 with an organic solution containing a ceramic precursor. The invention also discloses a method for preparing a ceramic-based composite material. The method solves the problem of long preparation time of the ceramic-based composite material.
本发明公开了一种碳纤维预制体的浸渍方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1:将粉体料浆填充至碳纤维预制体,所述粉体料浆中的粉体包括SiC粉体、超高温陶瓷粉体,SiC粉体、超高温陶瓷粉体的粒径不小于0.5μm;步骤2:对步骤1填充粉体料浆后的碳纤维预制体进行预固化处理,使得粉体料浆附着在碳纤维预制体上;步骤3:用包含陶瓷先驱体的有机溶液浸渍步骤2预固化处理后的碳纤维预制体。本发明还公开了一种制备陶瓷基复合材料的方法。本发明解决陶瓷基复合材料制备时间长的问题。
