The invention has the beneficial effects that the annular slitting process is adopted, compared with a plate-type needling prefabricated body in the prior art, the density of the disc-type prefabricated body is more uniform, and the consistency of the prefabricated body is enhanced; a plurality of disc-type prefabricated bodies can be manufactured at a time, and the manufacturing time can be shortened.
本发明涉及碳碳或碳陶复合材料缠绕预制体及其制品以及制备方法,其特征在于,包括制备方法,其核心特征包括纤维丝缠绕的步骤;还包括一种用于碳碳或碳陶复合材料制作的缠绕预制体,采用上述制备方法获得;还包括一种用上述制备方法获得的预制体经过气相沉积或液相沉积或两者组合方法获得碳碳或碳陶复合材料制品。本发明的有益效果在于:采用环形分切工艺,相对于现有工艺的板式针刺预制体而言,盘式预制体密度更加均匀,增强了预制体的一致性;可以一次性制造多个盘式预制体,可以减少制作工时。
