The preparation methodis simple, and an electron beam curing process which is high in efficiency, energy-saving, environment-friendly and easy to control is adopted. Based on an electron beam initiated curing mechanism, modified polycarbosilane and unsaturated organic polynitrogen silane are adopted to form a curing system, a polycarbosilane modification treatment process is introduced, metal titanium, zinc and zirconium are doped, a polymer ceramic precursor is obtained through electron beam irradiation cross-linking, and then the reaction sintering sealing ring is obtained through pyrolysis under the protectionof non-pressure nitrogen. The reaction sintering sealing ring has multiple excellent properties such as large hardness, high strength, small thermal expansion coefficient, small high-temperature creepdeformation, good oxidation resistance, good thermal corrosion resistance and small friction coefficient, and is suitable for chemical pumps.
