With application of the convenient device, the distance between turnout sleepers and the position of an assembling base plate can be adjusted in real time in the railway turnout assembling and trial laying process, turnout sleepers do not need to be provided, the steel sleeper beams at the positions of the turnout sleepers replace the turnout sleepers, the stable and accurate assembling platform is achieved, the universal tool can adapt to assembling and trial laying work of various turnouts, the assembling quality of the railway turnouts can be guaranteed, efficiency is improved, and labor intensity is reduced.
