The stock rail corresponding to the heel end of the point rail is fixed to the point heel base plate through a fastener. The switch rail and the stock rail both adopt standard rails and are always located at the same height, and only rail limbs of closely attached sections of the switch rail and the stock rail are vertically milled, so that the machining period is short, the manufacturing process is simple, and the cost is low; the switch rail is of an elastic bendable structure, and heel end diseases caused by a traditional movable joint form are avoided.
