The invention relates to a bridge swivel system and method based on self-adjusting supporting feet. The bridge swivel system comprises a lower bearing platform, a rotating body supporting piece and anupper bearing platform which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the upper bearing platform can rotate on a horizontal plane to complete bridge rotating, a plurality of vertical supportingfeet are arranged on the lower surface of the upper bearing platform in a circumferential mode, and the bridge swivel system is characterized in that the heights of the supporting feet in the verticaldirection can be independently adjusted. According to the system and the method, a vertical displacement of a key position of the swivel structure can be automatically recognized according to a construction process of an on-site swivel, then a swivel posture of the bridge is automatically adjusted and corrected through lifting of the supporting feet, then the whole upper bearing platform and theupper structure are evenly and stably rotated to the designed bridge position under a stress, and construction precision and efficiency are improved.
