The top of the mounting frame is rotationally connected with a rotating cover and is in transmission connection with the rotating pipe, the transverse angle and the longitudinal angle of bridge plates can be adjusted by rotating the rotating cover and a lead screw on the mounting frame, and therefore when the two bridge plates are in butt joint, it can be guaranteed that the two bridge plates are in accurate butt joint, and good practicability and convenience are achieved.
