The invention provides a precise slurry preparing and grouting control system. The precise slurry preparing and grouting control system is used for secondarily preparing primary slurry according to the actual grouting slurry density requirements and precisely injecting prepared slurry into a stratum at system preset flow and pressure according to the grouting construction requirements. The precisepreparing and grouting control system comprises an upper computer, a displayer and a PLC in communication connection with the upper computer, an acquisition unit and an execution unit, wherein the acquisition unit and the execution unit are in communication connection with the PLC. The execution unit controls a slurry inflow unit, a slurry preparing unit, a grouting unit and a slurry return unitto collaboratively feed the slurry. Slurry preparing and grouting are automatically achieved in the whole process, parameters of the whole process of slurry preparing and grouting can be monitored andacquired, it is guaranteed that the grouting slurry density and pressure are matched with a preset scheme, and the execution precision is high; and meanwhile, qualified slurry can be reused to the maximum degree, and the invested cost of the slurry is greatly reduced.
