Method for pre-burying structure seepage water collection and observation box beside main water collecting well
The invention provides a method for pre-burying a structure seepage water collection and observation box beside a main water collecting well. According to an existing method, a seepage water collection box is installed on the inner side of the main water collecting well, the collection box is shielded by a water collecting well cover, visual inspection for knowing is not easy, when a sensor is installed, a power source must be on, and the difficulty exists in the using process. To solve the problems, the collection box needs to be moved out of the shielding range of a main water collecting well cover plate, the seepage water collection box is pre-buried in the periphery of the main water collecting well, a water diversion groove is formed in a plane of a bottom plate, the groove communicates with a notch of a side plate of the collection box, and thus structure seepage water can be guided and drained to the collection box and then enter the main water collecting well. Transparent glassis arranged on the top of the collection box, the glass is flush with the surface of a hollow terrace, and the situation of the water level in the collection box can be observed manually. For structure current situations, more methods in which maintaining is not needed and observing is direct are set, the structure quality can be learned at any time, structure water seepage cracks are found, andthe method is a long-term guarantee for engineering quality.
在主集水井旁预埋结构渗水收集观察箱的方法,现行做法将渗水收集箱安装在主集水井的内侧,收集箱被集水井盖挡住,不容易目测了解,而安装传感器就必须接通电源,使用中会存在困难。为了解决以上的问题,就需将收集箱移出主集水井盖板的遮盖范围,在主集水井的外围预埋渗水收集箱,在底板平面上有引水凹槽,凹槽与收集箱侧板的缺口联通,使结构渗水能引排到收集箱再进入主集水井。收集箱顶部是透明玻璃,玻璃与中空地坪的表面平,可以人工观察到收集箱中的水位情况。对结构现状设置更多可以不需维修而又直接观察的方法,可以随时了解结构质量,查找结构渗水裂缝,是工程质量的长期保障。
