The invention relates to a method for collecting seepage water through a water diversion strip by lowering an edge opening of a water-collecting well structure, in particular to a waterproof method for collecting seepage water from a crack of a structural base plate of a water-collecting well. According to the method, the peripheral edges of the water-collecting well is lowered by 30-50, a small slope is made on the surface of the base plate within a range of more than 1 meter, and then a water retaining strip is made by using a plastic strip or cement mortar, a water diversion notch is formed though the water retaining strip and is aligned with a seepage water collecting box on the side wall of the water collecting well, so that the actual seepage water can all be collected into the collecting box, a stainless steel seepage water collecting box is installed on the side wall of the water collecting well at a notch of the water retaining strip, a liquid level instrument connection signal line is installed in the seepage water collecting box, a signal is transmitted to computer equipment, so that the seepage water of the structural plate can be conveniently collected, in addition, the seepage water is collected in the collecting box, and the condition of the structure is known in real time through monitoring.
