Cylindrical self-sinking type underground space structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a construction method of a cylindrical self-sinking type underground space structure. The construction method includes the following steps of a, processing a shallow foundation;b, longitudinally arranging a prefabricated first cylinder body in place; and c, digging and conveying a soil body out of the first cylinder body along the inner side wall of the first cylinder bodyso that the first cylinder body can realize soil breaking and sinking through a soil breaking structure in cooperation with its gravity, wherein a first water pipe is provided with a first water outlet located on the outer side wall of the first cylinder body and a first water inlet located on the upper end face of the first cylinder body. When executing step c, the construction method further includes the following step of d, detecting a sinking speed of the first cylinder body, and if a current sinking speed of the first cylinder body is lower than a preset sinking speed, injecting water into the first cylinder body through the first water inlet of the first water pipe, thereby making the water flow ejected out of the first water outlet soften the soil body making contact with the firstcylinder body and pushing the first cylinder body to sink to a first preset depth under the action of gravity to form a retaining wall.
本发明提供了一种筒型自沉式地下空间结构的施工方法,包括以下步骤:a.浅基处理;b.将预制的第一筒体纵向安置就位;c.从第一筒体的内部且沿第一筒体内侧壁向外挖运土体,使得第一筒体通过破土结构与其重力配合实现破土和下沉;第一水管具有位于第一筒体的外侧壁上第一出水口,和位于第一筒体的上端面的第一进水口;施工方法在执行上述步骤c的过程中还包括以下步骤:d.对第一筒体的下沉速度进行检测,若第一筒体的当前下沉速度低于预定下沉速度,则通过第一水管的第一进水口向第一筒体内进行注水,使得从第一出水口射出的水流软化与第一筒体接触的土体,从而促使第一筒体受自身重力的作用进行下沉,直至第一预定深度,形成挡墙。
