The invention discloses a construction method of a cylindrical self-sinking underground space structure. The construction method comprises the following steps that a, shallow foundation treatment is conducted; b, a prefabricated first cylinder body is longitudinally arranged in place; c, a plurality of resistance increasing devices are symmetrically arranged on the outer side wall of the first cylinder body in the circumferential direction, and the resistance increasing devices are suitable for being matched with a foundation to adjust the upward resistance of the foundation to the first cylinder body; and d, soil bodies are dug and conveyed outwards from the interior of the first cylinder body along the inner side wall of the first cylinder body, so that through cooperation of a soil breaking structure and the gravity of the first cylinder body, soil breaking and sinking of the first cylinder body are realized. In the execution process of step d, the construction method further comprises the following steps that e, the sinking speed of the first cylinder body is detected, and if the current sinking speed of the first cylinder body is higher than the preset sinking speed, the relative positions of resistance increasing components and mounting structures are adjusted through adjusting mechanisms, so that the upward resistance applied to the first cylinder body by the foundationthrough the resistance increasing components is increased, and then, the sinking speed of the first cylinder body is reduced till the first cylinder body sinks to a first preset depth to form a retaining wall.
本发明公开了一种筒型自沉式地下空间结构的施工方法,包括:a.浅基处理;b.将预制的第一筒体纵向安置就位;c.在第一筒体的外侧壁上周向对称安装若干个增阻装置,其中,增阻装置适于与地基配合,调节地基对第一筒体向上的阻力;d.从第一筒体的内部,且沿第一筒体内侧壁向外挖运土体,使得第一筒体通过破土结构与第一筒体的重力配合实现破土和下沉;施工方法在执行上述步骤d的过程中还包括以下步骤:e.对第一筒体的下沉速度进行检测,若第一筒体的当前下沉速度高于预定下沉速度,通过调节机构调节增阻部件与安装结构的相对位置,以增大地基通过增阻部件施加对第一筒体向上的阻力;从而减缓第一筒体的下沉速度,直至第一预定深度,形成挡墙。
