The invention discloses a modular uninterrupted pipeline direct drinking water system and a water supply method thereof. The system is composed of a plurality of direct drinking water modules, whereinthe direct drinking water modules comprise water inlet pipes, pump station units, water purification units, water purification valves, water purification pipelines, water storage tanks and water storage valves which are sequentially connected; the water inlet pipes among the direct drinking water modules are connected in parallel, the water purification valves among the direct drinking water modules are connected in parallel, the water storage valves inside the direct drinking water modules are connected in parallel, and the water purification units and the water storage tanks are provided with water quality monitoring signal processing units correspondingly; and the modular uninterrupted pipeline direct drinking water system further involves a PLC workstation. When water quality detection of the water purification units or the water storage tanks goes wrong, a control signal is sent through the PLC workstation to control the water purification valves or the water storage valves, andwater is supplied from the adjacent water purification units or the water storage tanks which work normally, so that the high-quality direct drinking water is continuously provided for a user, long-time waiting of the user is avoided, and the water using experience of the user is improved.
