Integrated pump station and mounting process thereof
The invention relates to an integrated pump station and a mounting process thereof. The integrated pump station comprises a shell, a floating cavity is formed in the bottom of the shell, and the floating cavity communicates a ventilating pipe and a water inlet and outlet device. One end of the ventilating pipe communicates with the upper surface of the floating cavity, and the other end of the ventilating pipe is located above the floating cavity. When the floating cavity is filled with water, the shell sinks and is located on the upper portion of a water collecting well, and drainage work isnormally carried out. When the water in the floating cavity is drained, the floating cavity is full of air, and the weight of the whole pump station is reduced; and after the pump station floats, thewater in the shell is drained through a grating, and therefore an operator can carry out dredging, overhauling and other operation in the shell.
本发明涉及一种一体式泵站及其安装工艺,一体式泵站包括壳体,所述壳体底部设有浮动腔,所述浮动腔连通通气管和进出水装置,所述通气管一端连通于所述浮动腔的上表面、另一端位于所述浮动腔上方。当浮动腔充水时,壳体下沉,位于集水井底部,正常进行排水工作。当浮动腔内的水排出时,浮动腔内充满了空气,使整个泵站的重量减小,泵站上浮后,壳体内的水通过格栅排出,从而便于操作人员在壳体内进行清淤、检修等操作。
